I offer different settings for therapy based on my client’s needs. Individual Therapy is focused on personal growth and development, getting to know yourself better, and understanding your role in your problems. Couples Therapy has both members of the couple in the room and you work together on problems so you can strengthen your relationship. Family Therapy involves two or more members of a family including parents, siblings, and spouses. Group Therapy allows you to explore and work on your issues along with your fellow group members, giving each other help, support, and feedback along the way.
Any of these modalities can be effective for relationship issues or individual problems such as anxiety or depression. Anyone can benefit from therapy and it might be right for you.
